Originals is a Singapore based furniture company that required a new flagship store due to continual growth and increasing popularity of its brand. Merx was engaged to manage the entire project including design and quantity surveying services for the relocation to the chosen site within the Sime Derby building on Duneran Rd.

With a clear brief “let the product be the focus”, our project began with reconditioning of the existing shell and upgrading power and light services to create the ideal ambience. The use of colour and light has created the right sense of space and display for the customers to meander through comfortably. The project was completed on a tight schedule and within budget.
